The "VERACRUZ" aquabike suits to all people regardless of their physical conditions. It is an excellent fitness machine for cardiovascular exercises which are not under any pressure, thus preventing possible pain. The calories burn per hour is much higher than that of other activities (up to 800 cal/h) due to water resistance.
