The ingredients:
- 2 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Orange Liqueur
- Rosé wine of 500ml
- Fine sugar of 2 spoonfuls of bar or barspoon
- 4 oz grapefruit juice

- Soda of 250ml
- 1 orange
- 1 grapefruit
How to prepare this cocktail?
- Put in a pitcher the orange zest and grapefruit supremes. Sweeten it all and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Pour all the ingredients on ice.
- Mix well.
- Pour the cocktail into a glass of wine decorated with orange zest and grapefruit.

- Put all the ingredients with crushed ice except the sparkling apple cider.
- Shake well and pour into a regular glass.
- Use a highball glass full of ice to sieve it.
- Then add the sparkling wine
- The basil leaf and the apple wedges will serve as decoration.
