Orders are shipped in parcels, taxed at a rate starting at 180€ throughout metropolitan France, except in the DOM TOM, in Corsica and for items marked " shipping costs in the item sheet". Shipments to Andorra will require an additional customs fee at the time you acquire your packages.
If the price of the item purchased is less than this fixed delivery charge, the amount you should pay will depend on the price of the delivery person and the department where the item will be delivered.
The shipment will be made directly to the address shown on the order form.
C-Piscine does not guarantee delays in delivery by road or sea. No cancellation of packages will be provided despite these delays.
For information, the average delivery time of each order is mentioned on its product sheet, in working days (except Saturday).
Delivery charges mentioned are not valid for orders that cannot be delivered in parcels, especially for items over 20kg, chemicals and liquids, and heavy items exceeding the weight required by the parcel relay. If your order is part of these conditions, additional shipping costs will be charged.

Two logistic platforms recognized in the European continent are in collaboration with C-piscine to ensure the storage of the products before their delivery.
Professional carriers to deliver packages
C-piscine offers you the possibility to select your carrier among its professional partners (Colissimo - ChronoPost - Geodis- Kuhne Nagel - TNT- Relais colis - GLS- UPS). The delivery time will be respected whatever the chosen carrier and in parallel, the choice of the carrier will depend on the weight, nature, volume and final delivery address of the order. The price of transport will be JUST and adapted to all budgets!
Order tracking
Your customer area will give you details on the tracking of the package. The customer service remains at your disposal if you have any questions. The form below has been arranged to help you contact our service, mentioning of course the order reference.
Concerning the delivery of orders
During delivery, we ask you to systematically check and examine the contents and condition of your product in the presence of the delivery person.
If the article presents a problem (broken, emptied or missing), its owner must report it in writing with signature via the delivery man's order form. The instruction "subject to packaging" will no longer have its legal value from that moment.
The insurances will be able to intervene only if the reserves are transmitted by registered mail with acknowledgement of delivery within a maximum delay of 72 hours to C-Piscine.
No exchange, return or refund will not be made until the claim is made in the form of notes on the delivery note and confirmation of the reservations by registered letter.
Return of the package
If the customer wants to cancel the order through his right of retraction, the return costs will be at his expense. Any reimbursement of cancelled orders will only be valid if the item has never been used by the customer and still remains in its original packaging.
If the product does not correspond to the order made by the customer, the return will be made via photocopies of the supporting elements (invoices, cb receipt, sales receipt) that you will send to the address of International Pool. The wrong product to be returned must be stored in its original package.
