Piscimar Alginet non-foaming algaecide
Alginet is a powerful, non-foaming algaecide that fights against the formation of algae. It has the advantage of being free of free copper which makes it possible not to stain the liner or not to color the hair.
Characteristics:
- Non-foaming algaecide.
- May be suitable for shock treatment or weekly maintenance treatment.
- Product without free copper. (do not stain the liner, do not color the hair)
How to apply:
- Before use, analyze the level of phosphates in the water with phosphate strips.
- If the concentration is greater than 200ppb, apply the corresponding Phos-out Piscimar product treatment prior to the use of the alginet.
- Alginet is added directly to the pool water, filtration should be on.
- Check the pH. It must be between 7.2 and 7.6.
For the start of a treatment:
- Add 2L/100m³ of water.
For maintenance treatment:
- Add 1L/100m³ of water every week.
For a shock treatment:
- Add 5L/100m³ of water.
